I collect information directly from clients (or their parents/guardians) via email or physical forms. No online tracking or cookies are used on our part.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

Participation in pickleball coaching and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and physical strain. By registering or participating in any Undaunted Pickleball program, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. Assumption of Responsibility

You (or your parent/guardian, if under 18) voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Undaunted Pickleball.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Undaunted Pickleball coaches are not medical professionals. Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any physical activity. Any health information shared with us is used solely for participant safety.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Manitoba law, Undaunted Pickleball, its coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in lessons, clinics, or related activities.

5. Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors

Parents or guardians must provide written consent for participants under 18. They acknowledge understanding the inherent risks and agree to these terms on behalf of the minor participant.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, other players, and facilities. Undaunted Pickleball reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Photography and Media

With consent, Undaunted Pickleball may take photos or videos for promotional or educational purposes. Parents/guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada.
